Valerie Knight began her career as a graphic designer in the Creative Services Department / Bank of America where she was hired as a production artist before being promoted to designer. She then moved on to Oracle Corporation where she continued to develop her skills in layout and design. She eventually opened her own freelance office in 1991.

Over the years she has provided her services to an array of clients including large companies, private clinicians, nonprofits, government entities and self-publishers. She enjoys the variety of challenges posed by this diverse pool of clientele.
